The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, will announce the UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment result today for 85% state quota seats. Students who registered for MBBS and BDS courses under UPNEET can check their results on the official website — upneet.gov.in.
This first round of UP NEET counselling 2025 includes both government and private medical and dental colleges across Uttar Pradesh. Only candidates who completed their document verification and paid the registration fee within the deadline were allowed to choose colleges.
According to the revised state merit list, 32,230 candidates have qualified for UPNEET 2025 counselling, with an additional 1,531 students added for seat allocation this year.
Candidates who are allotted seats can download their seat allotment letters from August 18 to 23, and again from August 25 to 26.

UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Refund Rules
If a candidate wants to withdraw after being allotted a seat in Round 1, they must resign at least two days before the start of choice filling for Round 2.
- Free Exit Refund: Those who resign before the deadline will get their security deposit refunded.
- Government College Allotment: All deposits except the admission fee will be refunded.
- Private College Allotment: The tuition fee will be refunded.
